Skands Brewery began in 2003 as one of Denmark's early microbreweries, built on a passion for great beer, craftsmanship and curiosity.
More than 20 years later, the Skands story continues.
With Skands – Food & Craft, we have taken the next step and opened our own restaurant on Axeltorv in the heart of Copenhagen – bringing the brewery, the beer and our love of Danish food together under one roof.
Here, our beers are no longer only something to enjoy in the glass. They are part of the entire experience – paired with the food, used in the kitchen and even finding their way into some of our cocktails.
Our kitchen takes inspiration from Danish food traditions: classic smørrebrød, familiar Danish dishes and seasonal Nordic ingredients, served in our own modern and relaxed way.
And because Danish traditions are about more than food, we also make our own schnapps – alongside carefully selected wines, cocktails, coffee and tea.
